With experience at both Stripe and ServiceNow, Scott Harvey joins Sprinklr to boost growth by improving how the company interacts with its customers.
His background in senior roles, including leading technical sales and services at Stripe where he helped double revenue, brings massive value and expertise to Sprinklr.
In his new position, Harvey will oversee global sales and services teams, reporting directly to Sprinklr Founder and CEO Ragy Thomas.
His main goal is to improve how Sprinklr serves its customers, from consulting before sales to helping customers succeed after buying.
Thomas highlights the importance of Harvey's role, saying, "Scott's leadership will ensure our sales and services teams deliver the best possible results for our customers."

As Harvey steps into his new role, Sprinklr says farewell to Chief Revenue Officer Paul Ohls, who helped the company grow significantly. Ohls will help Harvey transition into his new position.
