HubSpot just announced some big changes in its leadership team.
The company's Chief Customer Officer, Rob Giglio, has left the company.
Instead of replacing him, HubSpot simply eliminated the role itself and is promoting some of its existing sales, marketing, and customer success leaders to report directly to CEO Yamini Rangan.
The new leaders are:
Christian Kinnear, Chief Sales Officer
Christian has been with HubSpot for 9 years and has held various sales leadership roles. He brings a global perspective to the company's sales strategy.
Kipp Bodnar, Chief Marketing Officer
Kipp has been the CMO for almost 9 years. He is known for his expertise in using artificial intelligence to improve the company's marketing efforts.
Jon Dick, Customer Success Leader
Jon recently took over the customer success team after spending 8 years in HubSpot's marketing department.
He is praised for his deep understanding of the customer journey and his ability to bring different teams together.
According to Rangan, these changes will "help drive more flexibility and strong operational execution" as HubSpot continues to grow in a profitable and sustainable way.
This news comes as HubSpot solidifies its position as a leading customer platform for businesses that are scaling up.
The company remains focused on innovation and delivering great customer experiences.
This change suggests that customer success remains a key priority for HubSpot and that the company has confidence in Jon Dick's leadership in this area—which is awesome news!
